Who we are

The Association for Organization Development - SAH ROM (ADO SAH ROM) is an independent organization that was set up as a non-profit legal person in 2000.

ADO SAH ROM intends to promote organization development, to promote policies and services in the social field and to actively contribute to consolidating civil society and developing collaboration with other organizations in the country and abroad.

ADO SAH ROM has been initiator of the REPER Network, is a founding member of the Romanian Development Cooperation Platform (FOND Romania) and of the Federation of National Anti-Poverty-Social Inclusion Network.
