About ADO SAH ROM

Our organization was set up in 1996 as an agency of implementation of the Swiss Labor Assistance projects in the field of services on the labor market, modernization of trade unions and social dialogue in Romania. In 2000 we developed the Association for Organization Development -  SAH ROM (ADO SAH ROM), a non-governmental organization registered at the Registry of Associations and Foundations in Romania.

Purpose:

ADO SAH ROM was set up for the purpose of contributing to the development of organizations, prevailingly those which contribute to the development and implementation of social policies in employment and combating unemployment, as well as policies of regional and community development.

The Association Objectives are:

• To act for developing organizations and for increasing their capacities to act in a competitional environment;
• To implement active measures on the labor market; 
• To support the setting up and development of small and medium-sized enterprises; 
• To promote dialogue and social partnership.

Our vision:

A society based on market social economy, based on an independent and sustainable civil society, social dialogue and care for the citizen.

Our mission:

To contribute to the development and implementation of social policies, promotion of dialogue and social partnership and the development of organizations in the field, with focus on the quality of human resources and services.
