A project implemented by ADO SAH ROM and run jointly with six non-governmental and trade union organizations members of REPER Network and three trade union organizations (The National Union Confederation Cartel ALFA, The Federation of Free Trade Unions in Chemistry and Petrochemistry and The Trade Union Federation of Steelworkers METAROM ) and an employers organizations (The Employers' Association of the Chemistry and Petrochemistry Industry- FEPACHIM).

The project is aimed at strengthening the role of the social partners (and, generally, of the stakeholders) in Romania and Bulgaria in order to anticipate and accompany the social consequences of restructuring, by sharing the experiences and expertise with the social partners and stakeholders in the existing Member States (old and new).
